At Perida, we value your shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 15 business days of receiving them.
Please follow these steps for the return process:
Return Request: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to request a return authorization.
Product Condition: Ensure that the items are unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.
Return Shipping: Once approved, send the items back to us using the return shipping label provided.
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exceptions:
Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for returns.
